EXPLANATION OF ISSUE THAT OCURRED WITH THE WATER/SEWER BILLS 

For Online Water Bill Payers:  When the water meters are read, the information goes in the "cloud".  The amount automatically gets imported to Point and Pay, which is the online payment system. That is why the amount on the "mailed" bill is different from the amount online.

For Check and Cash Payers:  The billing for March which is due April 1, 2026, when the meters were read, did not calculate the "gallons" sold so next month's bill will have two months of gallons used on each bill, which will make those bills higher is what is due and owing.
